- The Netherlands (3-4 days): Free shipping
- EU countries (5-7 days): Free shipping on orders over 150,00 EUR. We apply standard shipping on orders under 150 EUR: rates are depending on the weight and volume of the package, specified during checkout.
- Non-EU/Worldwide (10-15 days) / Free shipping on orders over 250,00 EUR
This excludes any import charges / customs that might apply to your country. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
*Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping.
** Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and Dutch public holidays, and not delivered on Sundays and other holidays.
*** Expect 1-2 more days on top of standard procedure during peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding during busy times.
**** Shipping costs are in regards to private customers and for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may be charged with extra shipping costs.
Refunds & exchanges
Customers can return item(s) within 14 days at their own expense. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Socks and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange for hygienic reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Glamcult Store reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to orders that had free shipping. The shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package and the country.
When you issue a return from a country where custom clearance costs apply, if you do not pay custom clearance costs ahead of time, will be deducted from your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we receive your product back.
In case of an error from our end and a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs, and returns should be sent using the regular mail service, not express shipping.
We do not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
